The spiral band is set over the rubber expanding drum. The expanding
drums shank is then inserted into the given tool. Upon the activation of
the tool and the spinning of the rubber drum the spiral band is tightly
held in place. The rubber expanding drum uses centrifugal force to hold
the spiral band no other tools, fasteners or spindle nut is required.
